Job Description:

 

  • Develop, implement, and maintain the organization’s health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures for construction sites.

 

  • Conduct regular inspections and audits at construction sites to identify potential hazards, non-compliance issues, and areas for improvement.

 

  • Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and site personnel to establish and enforce safe work practices and ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.

 

  • Provide guidance and support to project teams in the identification and evaluation of risks and the development of effective risk mitigation strategies.

 

  • Conduct safety orientation and training programs for employees and contractors to ensure understanding and adherence to safety protocols.

 

Job Requirements:

 

  • Proven experience as supervisor or relevant role

 

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

 

  • Outstanding organizational and leadership skills

 

  • Good knowledge of MS Office
