Job Description:
- Develop, implement, and maintain the organization’s health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures for construction sites.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits at construction sites to identify potential hazards, non-compliance issues, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and site personnel to establish and enforce safe work practices and ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
- Provide guidance and support to project teams in the identification and evaluation of risks and the development of effective risk mitigation strategies.
- Conduct safety orientation and training programs for employees and contractors to ensure understanding and adherence to safety protocols.
Job Requirements:
- Proven experience as supervisor or relevant role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Outstanding organizational and leadership skills
- Good knowledge of MS Office
