Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration / Human Resources / Finance or any other related discipline.

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar role

HRIS / SAP knowledge is an advantage.

Able to manage employee insurance programs including Life, Medical, and other such benefits.

Experience with HR, Conducting Research, Organizational Development, Training Techniques, HR Planning, and Qatar Labor Laws & Regulations

Experience with maintaining Career Stack, standard operating, and procedure

Locally available with valid QID and NOC
