Client Service Representative – Rewards Executive

Skills

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Bachelor of Science or any other related discipline

5-7 years of C&B Experience.

HRIS / SAP knowledge is an advantage.

Experience with research best practices in compensation and benefits policies and procedures

Conduct periodic audits, prepare, and present reports

Able to design reports and recommendations based on research and analysis for the senior executive team.

Locally available with valid QID and NOC
