Job Description

Sarmad, a leading financial technology company, is seeking an experienced Oracle OFSAA EPM / ERM Technical Manager join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Oracle Financial Services Analytical Applications (OFSAA) and a proven track record in implementing and supporting OFSAA Suite of solutions, like FSDF, DIH, BCE, and GL Recon. The Technical Manager will be responsible for implementing complex requirements, working closely with business stakeholders, and providing guidance on OFSAA best practices. Hands-on knowledge and experience in OFSAA solutions, especially FSDF, DIH is required.

Responsibilities

  • Implement ERM (Enterprise Performance Management) services like ALM (Asset Liability Management), FTP (Financial Services Funds Transfer Pricing), PFT (Financial Services Profitability Management), BSP (Financial Services Balance Sheet Planning), GL Recon – Financial Services Analytical Applications Reconciliation Framework
  • Develop and maintain OFSAA-based solutions that meet business requirements.
  • Work with business users to gather requirements, design solutions, and execute end-to-end OFSAA implementation.
  • Conduct feasibility studies, design, and manage implementations of OFSAA solutions.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot issues related to OFSAA applications.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including test cases, design documents, and user manuals.
  • Participate in code reviews, providing recommendations on enhancements and improvements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of OFSAA projects.
