Skills

Proven experience as a General Manager or similar leadership role within the event industry.
Preferably with GCC experience.
Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
In-depth knowledge of event planning processes, and logistics.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Financial acumen and experience in budgeting, contract negotiation, and revenue generation.
With a transferable visa and valid QID/NOC
