Job Description
As a CRM Manager at Mrsool, you will be responsible for the development and implementation of our customer relationship management strategies. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to maintain and improve our CRM platform to support our goal of building strong, lasting relationships with our customers. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of CRM technologies, data analytics, and customer behavior in an e-commerce platform.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive CRM strategies aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
- Oversee the implementation customization, and maintenance of CRM systems.
- Lead and mentor a team of CRM specialist providing guidance and support in their daily activities.
- Report on CRM performance and suggest tactics for continuous improvement.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security within the CRM platform.
- Collaborate with various departments, including marketing, product, and customer service to ensure CRM strategies are aligned with overall business objectives.
- Effectively communicate CRM strategies, initiatives and results to key stakeholders including senior management.
- Support relationship-building efforts by enabling organizations to track and manage interactions with customers, ensuring a consistent and personalized experience. This includes managing customer communications, tracking customer performance, and identify opportunities for retention, order frequency, cross-selling, or upselling.
