Job Description

Executive Personal Assistant for the CEO of company with a minimum experience of 1 years with the company management

  • Create and maintain property listings on various real estate platforms
  • Collect and organize all necessary documentation related to properties, including contracts, agreements, and permits
  • Prepare and process documents for real estate transactions, such as leases, sales agreements, and closing documents
  • Manage and update property databases and CRM systems
  • Liaise with clients, agents, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and transactions
  • Respond to inquiries and requests from clients, agents, and other stakeholders in a timely and professional manner
  • Assist in marketing and advertising properties to attract potential buyers or tenants
  • Maintain confidentiality of all sensitive information related to the properties and transactions

Skills

  • Proven experience as a Real Estate Admin or similar role
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Knowledge of real estate laws and regulations
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and real estate software programs
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
