Job Description
<h2>Responsibilities:</h2><ul><li>Assist with accounting and financial activities, including treasury, payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, budgeting, income statements, revenue development, loan servicing, and financial reporting</li><li>Maintain records in accounting systems, including maintenance of general ledger and subsidiary ledgers, and journal entry preparation and posting</li><li>Perform other accounting duties and special projects as assigned</li><li>Establish and maintain accounting policies, procedures, and reporting systems; identify and implement improvements</li><li>Review and approve bills for payment and invoices for payment and coding</li><li>Prepare and process payroll for all company employees</li><li>Identify and resolve problematic invoicing issues</li><li>Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements</li><li>Maintain petty cash records, and reconcile cash receipts and expenditures</li><li>Perform other accounting duties</li></ul>
