- Coordinating appointments and meetings and managing staff calendars and schedules.

- Organize and schedule meetings and appointments.

- Organize office operations and procedures.

Job Requirements:
Β
β Proven experience as an Office Manager, Front Office Manager or Administrative Assistant
β Knowledge of Office Administrator responsibilities, systems and procedures
β Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular)
β Familiarity with email scheduling tools, like Email Scheduler and Boomerang
β Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
β Attention to detail and problem solving skills
β Excellent written and verbal communication skills
β Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
β A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements
β Very good English skills
