Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Create and update job descriptions and specifications Prepare and post jobs to appropriate job platforms/newspapers/. colleges etc.
- Source potential candidates through online (e.g. social platforms and professional networks) and offline channels (Universities, career fairs, references).
- Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details.
- Screen candidates’ resumes and job applications.
- Design interview questions that reflect each positionβs requirements.
- Schedule and interview candidates Research and implement new interview styles.
- Design and conduct the induction and onboarding process.
- Manage the entire life cycle of the recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
- Provide analytical and well-documented reports to the rest of the team.
- Maintain all files in the drive and enhance the filing system.
- Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates.
- Research best practices in the recruitment process and introduce changes.
Requirements: - Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, stress etc).
- Excellent organization/prioritization skills to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, changing environment.
- Exceptional attention to detail. – Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional analytical and process management skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships.
- Self-confidence and self-starter.
- BS/MS in Human Resources Management or relevant field.
