Job Description
Purpose & Scope
Designing & implementing a strategic sales plan that expands customer base. Ensure pipeline management, build strong relationships within organization.
Position in Organization
Report to – MD & Head of Consumer Payment Solution, Enaz Ebrahim
Responsible for –
- Payroll Cards
- Prepaid Cards
- White labelled Partnerships – Payroll
Budget responsibilities –
- AED 55Mn for a Calendar Year
Key responsibilities
- Payroll Proposition
- Cross-sell payroll product across FAB corporates
- Maximize card base
- Incremental volumes to be achieved on Loads & Spend
- Create & generate new revenue lines to strengthen
- Manage BAU pre/post sales discussions with clients to identify and rectify issues/ concerns
- Sales – Payit & MOD
- White labelled Partnerships
- Add white-labelled payroll program
- Manage relationship – Exchange Partners
- Incremental volumes to be achieved on Loads & Spend
- Create & generate new revenue lines to strengthen
- Manage BAU pre/post sales discussions with clients to identify and rectify issues/ concerns
- Corporate Payment Cards (AED & Multi-currency)
- Cross-sell payroll product across FAB corporates
- Maximize card base
- Incremental volumes to be achieved on Loads & Spend
- Create & generate new revenue lines to strengthen
- Manage BAU pre/post sales discussions with clients to identify and rectify issues/ concerns
- Launch new projects
- Manage and launch new project across prepaid product
- Avail from product knowledge as per market growth
- Identify key Bin Sponsorship opportunities
- Be able to disrupt existing payment processes
- Ensure to convert cash payments into cards
- Internal stakeholder management
- For any product deviation or enhancement ensure to prepare and update PPG
- Business case to be prepared and shared for any new proposition
- Liaise with LEGAL/ COMPLIANCE teams as required
- Ensure regulatory approvals are in place for any product
- Manage product launch and its related marketing activities with product teams
- Ensure key clients are on boarded through SVM and DD in place
- Monthly KRI reporting to be managed with support team
- Training & Personal Development
- Complete mandatory e-learning courses
- Enroll for online courses on effective communication and leadership skills
- Gain knowledge on report creation and comparison of annual/monthly numbers (load and spend)
- Learn key revenue and cost line items from Product & Support team
- Team Management
- Manage a team of 2x FTE
- Ensure team contribution to the annual budget and client growth
- Team training and product awareness to be provided on timely manner
- Highly motivated and sales driven advocate to ensure change in people for non-performance
- Team performance based on monthly sales targets
