- Financial acumen – experience with balance sheets, income statements and financial analysis(not advanced) to be able to assist:
·Cost per FTE (full time employee)
·-revenue (value in our case) per FTE
·ROI of services/functions
·Metrics relevant to functions - Balanced Score Card knowledge
- EFQM is mandatory.
- Research capability and resourceful
- Consultancy experience is a plus.
- Business Transformation, digital transformation, business architect, operating model, org design.
- Need to generate several executive levels presentations and work relentlessly with me across several initiatives and strategy.
