Job Responsibilities
• Design and develop custom solutions on the force.com platform including significant work in Apex, Visual Force, application integration and data migration
• Design and implement business technology solutions focused on cloud-based business applications, specifically, Salesforce.com
• Involved in developing business requirements, specifications, process flows, application design, application configuration, testing and deployment
• Works directly with clients to lead projects, facilitates business process analysis sessions, develops and delivers key components of technology solution
• Contribute the growth of the practice through though-leadership, development of solution accelerators, reusable assets and participation and ownership of other operational areas (recruiting, onboarding, training, enablement, etc.)
• Provide mentoring and guidance to other team members
• Should be able to conduct requirement-gathering sessions, articulating Salesforce features to business users and drive/participate in prototyping solutions.
• Experience in performing the requirement fit gap analysis with product capabilities and defining configuration vs customization options
• Should be able to create Business requirement documents, Functional requirement documents along with traceability matrix.
• Ability to liaise with technical team to convert requirements to Technical Specification
Minimum Education:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Management, Engineering, or related degree required.
• Fluency in English is a must
Knowledge & Technical Skills:
• Multiple years Salesforce consulting experience, specifically designing, and implementing transformations on the platform.
• Experience using agile methodologies on multiple projects, demonstrating best practice methods and tooling. Agile Scrum certification a plus.
• Salesforce Certified, with Platform App Builder level highly preferred.
• Quality academic background. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required, preferably in computer science or similar.
• Strong verbal and written communications skills with a focus on needs analysis, positioning, business justification, and closing techniques.
• Strong experience planning and driving enterprise digital transformation in the enterprise, in the Consumer Goods industry a plus!.
• Superior presentation and demonstration skills.
• Having a strong work ethic, initiative, and drive, you will have a bias for action and a comfort with data and insight analysis.
Minimum Experience:
• 5+ years Salesforce.com development experience, with a strong focus on Apex API, Web Services development, Aura and LWC.
• Solid knowledge of SOQL
• Good to have JavaScript, HTML, AJAX, XML, CSS and JQuery
• Salesforce Developer certification (Developer I/II) is a plus
• Experience with Agile development practices a plus

• Two (2) Resources are required initially for six months duration, extendable
