<strong>Organizational Development Senior Specialist</strong><br /><br />Work closely with the Business Unit / function leaders and direct company’s organization development and workforce planning frameworks and processes to ensure the right capabilities are in place to support the organization’s growth and transformation through effective organization structure, workforce plans and change management strategies.<ul><li>Participate in the development of and enforce the implementation of Human Capital policies, processes, procedures, and controls within assigned area / function.</li><li>Assist the development of the Human Capital budget in alignment with the organization budgetary requirements to allow effective and efficient delivery of desired objectives.</li><li>Lead job analysis exercises to understand the various jobs across the organization using various methods (e.g., observations, interviews, questionnaires) and manage the development and maintenance of accurate and up-to-date job descriptions for all unique positions</li><li>Conduct job evaluations for new / amended positions across Business Units / functions to ensure a fair and consistent methodology is applied, establishing internal equity within the organization</li><li>Manage the continuous reporting of all activities related to OD and Workforce planning to keep leaders informed on its progression and status</li></ul>Professional Certification: (e.g. CIPD, SHRM ) is preferred
