Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Supervising on Preparing medications and executing prescription orders and controlling technical matters for calibers working in the pharmacy.
- Ordering pharmacy supplies and controlling the inventory on a daily basis.
- Enforcing best practice protocols when storing prescription medications and controlled substances.
- Verifying prescription details with the healthcare specialists who prescribed them, when required.
- Supervising his team about the recommended use, dosage, and possible side-effects of medication for cases.
- Verifying expiry dates.
- Monitoring product displays and shelves, as well as the general appearance of the pharmacy.
- Supervising on addressing cases’ requests and complaints and revising them with concerned departments as soon as possible.
- Appointing and training new pharmacy employees and scheduling shifts
- Preparing all reports related to the pharmacy, including medications needs, medication delivery plan, patient receipt report, and any report requested from senior management .
- Commitment to work within the policies of quality control and public safety.
- Keeping records of patients’ cases and information .
- Developing a documentary course for the dispensing of medicines and pharmacy balances.
- Work to provide fast and distinguished service to patients .
- Dealing with patients in a tactful manner
- Supervising and coordinating the delivery of medicines to patients
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor of Pharmacy
- 10 years of experience
- Very good in Microsoft office
- Arabic and English languages
