Your Responsibilities:

·You will support the successful development and implementation of
client Family Support initiatives. You will support Community development Senior Specialist in ensuring successful implementation of all community development Section efforts.

·You will increase access to client resources and support for parents
and caregivers.

·You will manage external partner work.

·Understand the complexities of the client landscape and how to navigate the
challenges of strategy planning, execution, and oversight.

·Work towards high-quality outcomes. You are comfortable working
under pressure and tight deadlines and you pay strong attention to
detail. You have solid problem-solving and analytical skills. You have
a true passion for results, effectively working in teams towards your
mutual goals.

·Engage and coordinate various stakeholders. You build constructive
relationships with a diverse set of stakeholders (e.g., consultants,
providers, agencies), leveraging your strong communication skills.

Requirements

·Only UAE National.

·Bachelor’s degree in social sciences, Business Administration or
equivalent

·Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken is Mandatory)
