·You will assist the Strategic Success Measures Senior Specialist in to set and update KPIs to ensure successful strategy execution across programs and sectors. You will monitor and track strategy integrity (use of integrity here isn’t super clear, not sure what this is conveying), including
program and process KPIs, timelines, and budget.
·You will help review, assess, and prepare reports on progress and performance of sector and cross-sector Quality Assurance policies and procedures, as well as relevant indicators, in line with the adopted Quality Assurance framework.
·You will support the Strategic Success Measures Senior Specialist in designing training materials and conducting training across divisions to ensure compliance with quality standards. You will
conduct periodic bench marking to update and align quality standards with the latest research trends and findings.
·You will assist in setting follow-up and risk management processes. You will proactively identify follow-up risks and propose corrective measures when needed. You will assist in the periodical publishing of reports on client future, programs’ status, objective achievement,
risks, and problems.
·You will support client data collection and analysis efforts. You will help set selection criteria for third parties responsible for data collection. You will oversee data collection to ensure quality. You will analyze collected data to identify gaps, improvement areas, and potential enhancements.
·Work towards high-quality outcomes. You are comfortable working under pressure, with deadlines and you pay strong attention to detail. You have solid problem-solving and analytical skills. You have a true passion for results, effectively working in teams towards your mutual goals.
·Engage various stakeholders. You build constructive relationships with a diverse set of stakeholders (e.g., schools, nurseries, children hospitals, etc.), leveraging your strong communication skills.
·the local Quality Assurance frameworks as well as global standards. You have knowledge of
quality
assurance guidelines in and the latest Quality Assurance practices, methodologies
and tools.
Requirements
·Bachelor’s degree in sciences, Business Administration or equivalent
·Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken is Mandatory)
·Only UAE National
