Job Description

Role Purpose/Mission:

To effectively communicate the output of the Procurement Department, through high quality, professional and effective mass communication and presentations. In addition, the role requires the total organization of, and support to the Procurement Department, to assist the wider delivery of the Procurement Department mandates and obligations.

Accountabilities: 

  • Prepares Procurement Award Recommendations – Presentations 
  • Undertakes RFP / RFQ Documentation formatting and checking
  • Prepares presentations on Strategic Reporting of KPI’s and Departmental Initiatives – PPT Presentation Based.
  • Prepares presentations on Master Purchase PPT Presentations
  • Prepares presentations on Lessons Learned Presentations
  • Undertakes the maintenance of Commercial Handbook, SOPs and Process Summaries on an ongoing basis. 
  • Undertakes SOW Formatting
  • Undertakes Formatting and proof-checking Contracts 
  • Prepares MOM 
  • Undertakes Documentation Compliance and Tracking
  • Undertakes Archiving for the Department
  • Undertakes Template Management and updates
  • Prepares presentable Risk Dashboards
  • Undertakes Compliance monitoring against prescribed workflows
