Your Responsibilities:

·You will support the Future Foresight Senior Specialist in the
development of client short- and long-term strategies, and ensure
alignment with client vision and strategic objectives, in cooperation with
divisions. You will provide support in setting strategy requirements and
a budget by developing an annual plan.

·You will review client strategy in coordination with relevant
stakeholders. You will consolidate and review annual plans of
different sectors in line with client multi-year strategy and provide
feedback to the Future Foresight Senior Specialist.

·You will leverage KPIs to monitor implementation. You will support in
identifying KPIs, and ensure KPI results are leveraged in the planning
process. You will assist in setting the guidelines, models and tools to
be used by stakeholders responsible for client strategy execution.

·You will review performance and progress reports prepared by the
Monitoring and Quality Assurance section to identify progress made
towards the achievement of strategic objectives, determine impact
on the multi-year plan, and provide feedback to the Future Foresight
Senior Specialist.

·Deliver high-quality outcomes. You are comfortable working under
pressure and under tight with deadlines, and you pay strong
attention to detail. You have solid problem-solving and analytical
skills. You have a true passion for results, effectively working in teams
towards your mutual goals.

Requirements

Requirements:

·Bachelor’s degree in management or business, or equivalent

·Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken is mandatory)

            ·
Only UAE National.
