Job location: Eastern Province – Ras AlKhar Port. Holding Engineering bachelor’s degree – (Electrical / Communication) Must have 15 years of experience. Must have 10 Years in EPC Projects Minimum 5 years in physical security or low current projects. PMP certification. The Project Manager shall take full responsibility for the WORK from the effective date of the Contract until Project Completion. PM should have sufficient knowledge about Saudi industry (must have experience in HCIS projects). Should have good negotiation and communication skills. Should be able to handle out-of-scope customers’ requirements while maintaining a healthy relationship. Should be responsible for leading teams to deliver project(s) that span across one or more business units. Provide on-site leadership for project teams by building and motivating team members to meet project bouldering to their responsibilities and project milestones. Work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment demonstrating teamwork. innovation and excellence. Prepare estimates and detailed project plan for all phases of the project.* Monitor staff performance and complete performance reviews. Provide status reporting regarding project milestones, deliverable, dependencies, risks, issues, & communicating across leadership.
