Job Description

• Demonstrated 6-8 years of extensive experience in SAP Ariba Procure to Pay.

• Successfully completed at least 2 full lifecycle SAP Ariba implementations and provided ongoing support, including integration with back office financial applications (ERP).

• Proficient in working with various modules of SAP Ariba (upstream & downstream), including SIPM, SLP, Sourcing, Contracts, SAP Ariba Buying & Invoicing, and SAP CP integration.

• Proven expertise in integrating Procure to Pay processes with financial ERP systems.

• In-depth knowledge of standard Procure to Pay processes for service organizations, covering the entire cycle from purchase requisition to payment to external vendors.

• Possesses strong technical knowledge of Ariba infrastructure and integration points, with a deep understanding of SAP Ariba Cloud Platform Integration and its capabilities.

• Skilled in configuring Ariba procure-to-pay applications, including workflow configuration, vendor punch-out and cataloging, workflow approvals, and e-invoicing.

• Experienced in creating custom reports and generating comprehensive documentation to support configuration changes.

• Proficiency in using various business process and system modeling tools, such as data flow diagrams, process models, and use case scenarios.

• Extensive involvement in budget check functions (absolute and advisory) and integrating them with ERP financials.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to effectively review and interpret data, identify issues, and determine optimal solutions while implementing preventive measures to mitigate future risks.

• Perform detailed analysis of the complex business process requirements and provide right / appropriate system solutions. Identify, Interpret, validate, and document detailed business requirements.

• Clearly identify the GAP, perform GAP Analysis, and assist in developing necessary product modifications / workarounds to satisfy business needs.

• Handle the level 1/2 support call and assist in resolving the incident and service requests

• Working with SAP/SAP Ariba on application bugs / issues / patches and monitor that the issues are not repetitive. Take appropriate and necessary steps to permanently close the issues / bugs.

• Coordinating with business users and conduct meetings, demos, design workshops, CRP etc.

• Prepare the detailed solution design documents, follow up with Business users and stake holders for Signoff.

• Responsible for managing the changes, version control and configuration management.
