Job Description

As a very interactive illusion museum in Dubai, we are looking for full time customer service staff. 

Our aim is to offer our customers a quality of service beyond their expectations.

Your role : 

  • Follow our visitors along their visit, and help them take pictures with their own smartphones
  • Propose to them some interesting ideas when posing for the pictures
  • Show them that you are available at any time, but without being intrusive or over-present
  • The thin line between available and intrusive is exactly what you will need to master
  • To entertain kids, and adapt your presentation to their level to make sure they enjoy the experience
  • Understand and be able to explain every illusion presented in the museum
  • Ensure resolving queries of customers by providing accurate information within a short timeframe
  • Collaborate with the manager to stay informed about changes in company rules and projects
  • To be able to troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns
  • To be able to make the customer’s personal journey as smooth and comfortable as possible

Skills

  • Prior work experience in the face-to-face customer support and service field
  • Adept in addressing customer questions through effective conversation
  • Decent photographing skills with a smartphone
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Be genuinely caring and patient with children
  • Fluent English speaking is required
  • To have a friendly and approachable personality
  • is a plus : Experience in POS use
  • is a plus : Experience with cash and card transactions
  • is a plus : Being fluent in additional languages (any European language, Arabic, Russian, Chinese, Japanese,..)
