Oracle HCM Payroll Implementation Consultant

Job Description

HCM Consultant Profile :  
•Must have done minimum 3-4 Oracle Fusion Implementations in GCC region
•Must have GCC Payroll Implementation Experience – Ideally KSA.
•Should have expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud tools such as HDL, HSDL, Application Security, Workflows, Fast Formula, Page Customizations & Extensions.
•Should have expertise in Data migration from Legacy system to cloud HCM, should be able to individually able to prepare data sheet and perform data loading.
•Should have exposure to HCM Extracts, BI Publisher and OTBI and alerts configuration .
•Expertise in Writing/Debugging Oracle HCM Absence, Compensation, Payroll and HCM Extracts Fast Formulas.
•Should have an experience in configuring Payroll for Saudi Legislation
•Strong functional knowledge of HCM Core, Payroll and Absence Management, Recruitment, Performance Management
•Good to have knowledge of Talent Management, Work force Compensation and HR Help Desk.
