Job Description

Provide comprehensive technical and functional support for all modules of Siebel CRM applications.

• Resolve Help Desk issues related to the Siebel application on a daily basis.

• Ensure smooth integration between Oracle EBS, Genesys, Portal, and other applications by promptly resolving any integration issues.

• Utilize Siebel configuration, scripting, workflows, and EAI to design, develop, and deploy enhancements for Siebel CRM.

• Support contact center and marketing teams in planning, launching, and managing marketing campaigns and announcements.

• Create custom reports using Oracle BI Publisher to fulfill various business requirements.

• Design, develop, and integrate Siebel CRM with Oracle EBS, Genesys, Portal, and other third-party applications.

• Troubleshoot, develop, and deploy fixes for Siebel CRM and EAI issues that arise during the support period for Portal.

• Resolve issues and provide support for the Tenant portal and Siebel’s integrations with Genesys for Portal and Oracle EBS.

• Take responsibility for training new business users on Siebel CRM.

Skills

• Perform day-to-day operational support functions within Siebel, including client, server, BIP Server, User creations, checking logs, and other administrative duties as part of application administration.

• Responsible for monitoring and troubleshooting issues pertaining to Production environments and analyzing the root cause.

• Monitor and maintain the Development, Test, Training, and Production environments.

• Migration of Siebel Repository and Non-Repository Objects across application components to the Development, Test, and Production environments.
