Job Description
Cartlow is seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Representative for our Direct Sales/Business Development team. The Sales Representative will be responsible for recruiting, educating and onboarding new buyers/traders on b2b.cartlow.com.
This person will be the primary point of contact for those companies throughout the entire sales process. The Sales Representative will be chartered with developing and managing a sales pipeline mix of both high value and transactional accounts while executing sales strategies to secure deals that will exceed aggressive account acquisition and output goals. Specifically, this individual will be responsible for identifying and building relationships with key influencers and decision-makers within the senior management and executive teams of prospective accounts, along with internal stakeholders and cross- functional teams to create and present compelling cartlow solutions that meet and exceed customer requirements.
Roles and Responsibilities
- üProficient in CRMs and able to effectively manage a long tail pipeline Implement and track metrics for recording the success and quality of the sellers in your territory.
- üUse these metrics to guide your work and uncover hidden areas of opportunity.
- üProspect and close business to achieve monthly, and quarterly quota targets for both the quantity and quality of buyers/traders recruited.
- üUnderstand and utilize the right tools to track all pertinent account information and sales progress as well as forecast and prioritize to achieve quarterly quota goals.
- üDevelop a clear understanding of the cartlow B2B website, and products along with the features and functionalities.
- üAssist internal partners to drive change, remove roadblocks and close business.
- üWe are responsible for establishing new business partnerships with buyers/traders who wish to utilize cartlow s suite of e-commerce solutions.
Requirements
Basic qualifications
·Fluent in English
·2+ years of successful sales experience, preferably in the e-commerce retail
·The ideal candidate will need to be agile in their approach and able to deal successfully with CXOs,
·Managers and other contacts at all levels while discussing the buying from cartlow value proposition. Other qualifications include the following
