Key Responsibilities

·Develop and execute the complete reverse supply chain ecosystem within the MEA region

·Identify the potential leads for the aftermarket solution requirement from the consumer electronics sector and convert it into the account

·Facilitate a strong understanding of Reverse Logistics to push the existing RLS (Reverse Logistics Solution) capability of the organization such as Trade-in & buyback, device diagnosis software, repair & refurbishment, Liquidation & Recycling and Remarketing + Redistribution

·Maintaining a regular review and performance tracker for the existing and new business development

·Lead negotiations with key external partners and associates, delivering value to both the partner and Cartlow.

·Conduct market research to identify potential customers for device diagnosis software

·Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media

·Conduct meetings with potential clients to understand the needs and pitch the company products

·Negotiate/close deals while handling complaints or objections.

·Visit the local dealers of used/pre-owned electronics industry within UAE on regular basis

Requirements

·5+ years’ experience in Business Development, Partnership or B2B customer-facing roles in solutions sales to consumer electronics and enterprises sector.

·Demonstrated ability to source, launch and expand complex partnerships

·Proven analytical and quantitative skills with a passion and aptitude for solving problems.

·Know-how of CRM – Salesforce or Zoho.

·Bachelor’s degree.
