Job Summary

Our client is specialized in electric industry and gradually grew into a leading enterprise in industrial electrical equipment field.

 

Job Description:

 

  • Track cargo status and documents.

 

  • Coordinate with customs to ensure shipments, manage & optimize carriers and reduce overall shipping costs.

 

  • Responsible for the tracking and implementation of the issued goals, timely feedback & solving various problems in the implementation process.

 

  • Responsible for checking inventory, filling orders, ensuring the quality of products, and preparing invoices for the suppliers.

 

  • Manage activities related to strategic or tactical purchasing, material requirements planning, controlling inventory, warehousing, or receiving

 

  • Responsible for the timely, accurate, and efficient preparation and management of documents

 

  • Assist in determining document management policies to facilitate efficient, legal, and secure access to electronic content.

 

  • Complete other tasks assigned by supervisor.

 

Job Requirements:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree

 

  • Trading experience is preferred.

 

  • Strong Interpersonal skills / Communication/Coordination skills

 

  • Being Fluent in English is a must.

 

  • Problem-Solving skills

 

  • Dedicated to work
