Business Manager | Al Futtaim Automotive | Domasco – Honda

Overview of the role:

• The primary focus of the role will be to manage F&I (Finance and Insurance) process and sales within the branch network.

What you will do:   

• Ownership of end-to-end Finance and Insurance performance and results.
• Assisting with selling the maximum number of New and used vehicles.
• Optimize the sales of value-added products.
• Optimize the sales of conventional and Islamic Finance products.
• Manage customer engagement. 
• Ensure all customer data is effectively recorded on to Fastrack.
• Manage documentation flow between hub staff and Finance and Insurance.
• Work with the Showroom Manager/Showroom supervisor to achieve all targets.

Skills

Required Skills to be Successful:

1.- Finance and Insurance experience in automotive.

2.- Customer management experience.

3.- Data management. 

4.- Proficient in Microsoft Office.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Business Administration.
• 6 years’ Finance and Insurance experience within automotive.
• Data management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
