Job Summary

A hostess at a fashion brand store is responsible for greeting customers and providing them with a positive shopping experience. The job duties may include:

• Greeting customers as they enter the store and directing them to the appropriate section or department.

• Assisting customers with their shopping needs and answering any questions they may have about products or services.

• Providing customers with information about current promotions, sales, and discounts.

• Maintaining a clean and organized store environment by ensuring that merchandise is properly displayed and shelves are stocked.

• Collaborating with other staff members to ensure that the store is running smoothly and efficiently.

• Providing feedback to management regarding customer preferences and concerns.

Job Requirements:

• Presentable

• Previous experience in client service / customer service role and have a strong service mindset.

• Passionate about Fashion and possess strong interpersonal, communication and relationship building skills.
