Salary: AED 5,000 – 8,000

Job Responsibilities:

– Responsible to take care of end-to-end Import & Export Clearances, and movement of material from warehouses across the globe.

– Supervise Value-Added services like Re-packing, and re-labeling according to the requirements of the customer.

– Manage 3rd party warehouses to store material safely and coordinate distribution within UAE.

– Coordinate with Clearing Agents proactively to clear shipments in time without demurrages & detention.

– Timely capture of all logistics movements/transactions in the ERP system & coordinate with the finance & accounts team to validate invoices from warehouses & agents to ensure on-time payment.

– Explore to add new Agents and warehouses.

– Handle freight inquiries for the overall company whether it is from the sales team or for firm orders in order to achieve Year over Year (YoY) target for ocean freight reduction.

– Implement digital tools to enable the sales & logistics team to access valid freight costs for any of the routes to execute orders in a short time at less cost.

Job Requirements:

– Should have strong knowledge & hands-on experience on end-to-end local & international logistics.

– Knowledge of ERP system & MS Office (Preferred to have excellent skills in MS Excel).

– Must possess 3 – 5 years of experience as a logistics coordinator.

– Experience within the chemical manufacturing industry is mandatory.

– Must be immediately available to join.

– Female candidates only.

– Should have experience dealing with the Chamber of Commerce.

– Experience with local and international import and export documentation required.

– Experience with the local government rules in the UAE for documentation.

– Age: Below 32 years of age.
