Finance Operations Admin (AR) | Outsourced

Overview of the role

 

Ensure up-to-date business documentation and support daily business operations.

 

What you will do

 

  • Maintaining, verifying, and updating all AR documentation/archiving.
  • Ensuring all AR documents are properly archived.
  • Interacting with the Credit control / AR Team and providing Supporting documents whenever needed.
  • Managing cash receipts books and related follow-up with the business. 
  • Supporting tax examination by providing all the required AR-related documents.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.

The Finance team is highly motivated, collaborative, and fun, Finance professionals across Egypt, looking to add a Finance Admin to the department.

 

What equips you for the role

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business administration, or any related field.
  • Minimum 1-3 years of relevant experience.
  • Excellent Windows, Ms office, and database skills.
  • Solid understanding of setting up and organizing databases, spreadsheets, and folders.
