Responsibilities :
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the CI Technicians, the freelancers that are being used, and the extended team that is engaged to perform audits.
- Manage day-to-day administrative operations, including holiday, sickness, overtime, and shift requirements for the team.
Enable and support appropriate training for existing and new staff, existing staff, and freelancers.
- Work with stakeholders to plan a strategy for all high-profile and VIP projects, ensuring that all high-profile and identified VIP projects follow targeted bespoke QC checks suited to the project.
- Work with development teams to improve systems and new tools by providing feedback on tool performance, and as requested.
- Oversee departmental rejections tracker, and lead investigations into the root-cause analysis.
- Lead an internal team and a freelance team.
- Work to continuously improve the workflow for different functions by providing feedback on audit results.
- Be the first point of escalation for any rejection issue found by auditors.
- Maximize department efficiency and productivity through ongoing analysis of operational processes and performance, identifying areas for streamlining and automation.
- Ongoing collaboration with other managers in the development of audit processes, departmental and performance goals, long-term operational plans, and CAR investigations if assigned.
- Coordinate supply chain audits.
