Skills
- Proven customer support experience: from 6 months to 1 year.
- Candidate should have excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English.
- Good listening skills with fluent communication to address all concerns and doubts of the customers.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- A skilled individual, capable of completing assigned tasks and responsibilities in the defined schedule.
- Excellent computer skills.
