​Charterhouse is working with an established independent brand in Qatar who is looking to hire a Restaurant Manager to oversee all things FOH at their soon to launch full service elevated casual dining concept, focused on modern fusion cuisine with Middle Eastern influence.
About the role
As the Restaurant Manager, you will handle the FOH team of approx. 12, leading them to execute the highest level of customer service at all times. The Restaurant Manager will work closely with the owners to develop the restaurant and evolve the brand. You will be responsible for training, rostering and forecasting, ensuring the smooth operations of the restaurant.
About you
To be considered for this role, the candidate must be an experienced Restaurant Manager, having overseen a full service elevated casual dining restaurant with a similar team size. Experience in the Middle East is essential for this position. Preference will be given to candidates with a proven track record launching new restaurant locations.
