We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. As a Sales Executive of our Polycarboxylate Ether (PCE) line of business. Since we are the only operational commercial PCE factory in Saudi Arabia, you task will be easy and straight forward. You will be responsible for promoting and selling our Polycarboxylate Ether (PCE) products to clients within the construction industry. Your primary goal is to achieve sales targets and build strong customer relationships to drive business growth.

Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and target potential clients within the construction industry in the Saudi, Bahrain, Kuwait and Iraq region.
  2. Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  4. Collaborate with the technical team to provide technical support and solutions to customers, addressing their specific requirements.
  5. Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations to prospective clients.
  6. Negotiate contracts and pricing terms with customers, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
  7. Stay updated on industry developments, competitors’ activities, and emerging market trends.
  8. Provide timely and accurate sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback to the sales manager.

Skills

  1. Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role in the construction or chemical industry.
  2. Strong knowledge of the Chemical Admixture and the Concrete industry in Saudi Arabia.
  3. Excellent sales and negotiation skills with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  4. Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships and provide exceptional customer service.
  5. Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented with a strong drive to succeed.
  6. Good analytical and problem-solving abilities to understand and address customer needs.
  7. Ability to work independently as well as in a team, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  8. Proficient computer skills, including MS Office and CRM software.

Note: Fluency in both English and Arabic languages would be highly advantageous for effective communication with clients in Dammam, Saudi Arabia.
