National_Community & Property Coordinator
Overview of the role
Act on behalf of the Landlord as his representative to coordinate MEP services from a community and property management perspective, and conduct site surveys for the MEP work & fit-out, to ensure these are compliant with the landlord’s specifications, community guidelines, and /or fit-out regulations.
What you will do
- Follow up on the electromechanical services provided to residential homeowners.
- Ensure the handover to the homeowners as per the Sale agreement. Hand over-allocated units to homeowners upon the nominated handover date.
- Monitor fit-out activities for the handed-over residential units to ensure the fitting-out process has been executed according to community regulations/manual and sales agreement.
- Monitor construction progress and provide the required site survey for inspecting the electromechanical items in residential units to insure the units’ handover on time.
- Receive and attend to queries from buyers and their consultants concerning the unit’s electromechanical specification, community/fitout regulations, etc.
- Review the homeowner’s variation requests (OVR) related to electromechanical works and provide a site survey in order to check the availability of fulfilling the variation request.

What equips you for the role
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Power Engineering.
- 3 – 5 years of experience in MEP Design and site handover.
- Experience in site testing and inspection according to quality measures and resolving snags if found.
- Proficient use of Microsoft Applications.
- Exposure to ERP systems is an asset.
