KEY RESULTS ACCOUNTABILITIES# Identify trends that impact cost and quality.# Identify all cost elements and allocate to related cost or profit centers.# Conduct benchmarking, best practice and methods of costing and do the required comparison to measure services pricing with the fair/market values.# Close work projects and investigate those that have large variances.# In charge of general costing functions, assisting with preparation of monthly financials and standard costs# Analyze changes in services provided to determine effects on costs.# Analyze actual costs and prepare periodic report comparing standard costs to actual costs.# Prepare reports to management specifying and comparing factors affecting prices and profitability of services.# Develop and install manual or cost accounting system.# Responsible for timely and accurate development, processing and reporting of internal costing data in accordance with company policies and procedures.# Develop and maintain cost recovery ratio and working cost models to address issues and analyze and present results to management on a routine basis.# Prepare and present monthly variance analysis for costs of services and activities.# Analyze cost changes each period and variance analysis.# Advice the Manager in Financial Planning and designing financial policies and procedures related to costing.# Apply principles of cost accounting to conduct studies which provide detailed cost information not supplied by general accounting systems.# Plan, study and evaluate data to determine cost of business activities

Familiar with Government directives related to DOF and performance reporting.# Exceptional listener and communicator who effectively conveys information verbally and in writing.# Computer-literate performer with extensive software proficiency covering wide variety of applications.# Resourceful team player who excels at building trusting relationships with customers and colleagues.# Highly analytical thinking with demonstrated talent for identifying, scrutinizing, improving, and streamlining complex work processes.
