Job Description

# Coordinate and receive candidates’ security clearance on iRecruit system
# Coordinate and receive the medical tests for the new joiners
# Assist in recruitment management processes, through understanding the requirements and conditions of
jobs, announcing vacancies, conducting the search process, interviewing candidates, coordinating with the
concerned managers, and ensuring that the procedures are completed in accordance with the approved plan
for the recruitment department’s operations and within the approved key performance indicators for the
department
# Perform other responsibilities related to the position as appropriate.
# Complete the selected candidates on-boarding files and ensure this is in line with the approved steps outlined
in the “New Joiner” process
# Prepare section reports and send through Tarasul as and when required
# Organize, compile and update the section records and documentation in the shared folder and continuously
feed the talent pools with suitable resumes
# Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition Manager and prepare the meetings minutes as well as
internal and external letters
# Coordinate with the other departments such as Finance and Procurement & Contracts to ensure a smooth and
effective delivery of services related to the Talent Acquisition section from Purchase Orders (POs), invoices
payment etc…
# Coordinate with the Talent Development Centre with regard to the candidate’s assessment arrangement and
schedule
# Conduct regular follow ups with the General Directorate of Residency and Foreign Affairs regarding the new
residence permits
# Participate in the RTA committees and teams as and when requested by the Talent Acquisition Manager or/
and the Human resources and Development Director and participate in benchmark exercises

Education
# Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources from a recognized university.
