COLLECTING POOL OF CANDIDATES FOR OUR UPCOMING PROJECTS IN IRAQ!

Description:

•      Create efficient processes and reports to gather supply chain data.

•      Define products assortments and auto replenishment.

•      Define products assortments methodologies based on stores capacities, sales performers and inventory turnovers.

•      Create in daily/weekly basis orders proposals based on sell through, inventories, capacities, new collections, KCPs,

•      Communicate with sales team to confirm the orders as per agreed policies.

•      Communicate with production planners/buyer to release confirmed orders and follow up the delivery dates.

•      Ensure the right products are placed on the right stores and on the right times.

•      Ensure having optimum levels of stocks on the treasuries and the stores.

•      Check the inventories in a timely manner and report the ageing, turnovers with suggest the actions to enhance overall ROIC.

•      Coordinate with warehouses, logistics and sales team to ensure delivery of orders.

•      Analyze data to identify problematic areas and suggest improvements.

•      Plan and implement supply chain optimization projects (e.g. warehouse-slotting, route planning).

•      Collaborate with IT to implement effective systems.

•      Track KPIs and reports on supply chain’s performance.

•      Send daily report about the order status, sales & stocks.

•      Data mining, analysis, reporting and presentations.

Skills

Skills:

•      Working knowledge of MS Office especially Excel,

•      ERP systems.
