Inside Kuwait, only An architectural draftsman is required to work for Al-Mithaq Design Company. Required Qualifications Good previous experience in architectural drawing work.

  • Building codes, regulations, and municipality submission layouts/formats.
  • Deliver complete construction and detail drawings for tendering and municipality submissions.
  • Produce realistic renders.

  • Architecture-related Bachelor’s degree or diploma.
  • Knowledge of Kuwait’s building codes, regulations, and municipality submission layouts/formats.
  • Evidence of good design understanding.
  • Ability to deliver complete construction and detail drawings for tendering and municipality submissions.
  • Demonstrated exceptional proficiency in AutoCAD.
  • Evidence of substantial experience in either Rhino or 3Ds Max and accompanying rendering packages.
  • Excellent skills in Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator.
  • Ability to produce realistic renders.
  • English and Arabic communication skills.
  • minimum experience 5 years in consulting offices.
  • Note: Candidates must be residents of Kuwait only.
  • Fully aware of Kuwait Municipality laws.
