Job Title: Site Engineer

Location: Dubai

Job Type: Full-time

Job Overview:

We are seeking a Site Engineer to manage construction sites and ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. The Site Engineer will be responsible for coordinating with project managers, supervising construction workers, and monitoring project progress.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise construction workers and subcontractors to ensure work is completed safely, on time, and to the required quality standards
• Coordinate with project managers to develop project plans, schedules, and budgets
• Review and approve shop drawings, materials submittals, and construction-related documentation
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, and standards
• Provide technical support to construction workers and subcontractors
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments to schedules and plans as needed
• Conduct regular inspections of construction sites to identify and address any issues or concerns
• Maintain accurate records of construction activities and prepare reports as required
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and procedures at all times
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• 7+ years of experience along with site engineering experience, preferably in a construction or engineering environment
• Knowledge of construction codes and standards
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills
• Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, and other technical documents
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify and document deficiencies
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Fluency in English, both written and verbal
