- Managing the kitchen and supervising the work of any assistants or apprentices, ensuring that work is done safely and efficiently.
- Providing excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers, answering questions, and ensuring that their orders are fulfilled to their satisfaction.
- Collaborating with other chefs and management to develop new menu items and improve existing ones.
