We are looking for candidates who have worked in the defence/aviation industry or have a military background. We have a specific interest in any maintenance. Engineers with experience ideally on military products or projects.

If you have experience in Civil Aircraft or Fast Jet engineering activities including Technical Services and Reliability, Aircraft Records Management or Fleet Planning and Operation, then we would like to hear from you.

Requirements

For Technical Services and Reliability and Aircraft Records Management

  • Ideal candidate may have minimum of a recognised qualification to NVQ3/ONC level in a relevant technical discipline, or Part 66 Category A qualified, or suitable equivalent.
  • Understands the Regulatory Framework and its applicability to the Maintenance Tasking & Verification processes and activities.
  • Able to build good relationships with Customers, Part 145 Organisation(s), OEMs, Suppliers, and other key stakeholders’ personnel.
  • Able to demonstrate a detailed understanding of reliability programmes and the impact of their findings on the operator maintenance programme, Fleet Planning, and Inventory Forecasting & Planning (IF&P).

For Fleet Planning and Operation:

  • Demonstrate operational and commercial understanding of the fleet’s performance and business key performance metrics
  • Demonstrate a good understanding of Reliability Programmes and the impact of their findings on the Operator Maintenance Programme
  • Able to influence the development of the Reliability and Operator Maintenance Programmes to maximise the fleet’s performance
  • Demonstrate a good understanding of Maintenance Tasking & Verification

General

  • In-depth knowledge within a Maintenance & Support environment, including direct experience of supporting or maintaining fleets of aircraft, including technical management, planning or scheduling
  • Understands the Regulatory Framework and its applicability to the Technical Services processes and activities.
  • Demonstrate a good understanding of Fleet Planning and Maintenance Tasking & Verification
  • Detail oriented to ensure high standards of delivery
  • Good communication skills in written and spoken English
