• Full knowledge about mold parts and accessories (like cutting sleeves, neck insert, Stricker plate, mold cooling, deflating systems, Moog systems, die and core)
• Full knowledge about loading/unloading molds
• Experience in starting machines and sitting to stabilize production (temperature of material, weight, deflating)
• Experience in blow molding troubleshooting and regular maintenance (sensors, heaters, cylinders)
• Experience in solving qc issues (weight control, flash, extra plastics)
• Ability to analyze the issues and work on to solve it.
• Ability to lead machines manpower (training, cleaning, arrangements, quality checking, packing)
• To keep all parts safe and report any issues to management
• To make professional reports (about production, rejection, scrap and downtime of machines) injection molding machine operators:
• Full knowledge about mold parts and accessories (like cavity, core, cooling, temperature controller, mold temperature controller, chillers, compressors, auto loaders)
• Full knowledge about loading/unloading molds in different types (hot runner, cold runner) – experience in starting machines and sitting to stabilize production
• Experience in different types of materials (pp, hdpe, lldpe, abs, pet)
• Experience in injection molding troubleshooting and regular maintenance – experience in solving qc issues (flash, color, cycle time, shrinkages)
• Ability to analyze the issues and work on to solve it.
• Ability to lead machines manpower (training, cleaning, arrangements, quality checking, packing)
• To keep all parts safe and report any issues to management
• To make professional reports (about production, rejection, scrap and downtime of machines)
• To perform scheduled preventative maintenance (oil, filters, cleaning, cabling, greasing)
Requirements • Age should not be more than 30 years.
• Experience more than 5 years in Plastic manufacturing industry.
• Diploma graduate in Plastic technology, polymer or Relevant studies.
• Must be from the field of Manufacturing industry and understand its operations.
• Must be good knowledge in operation and Planned maintenance of both Machine and mold.
