• Develop Web site concept by studying goals; analyzing advisory group observations; interviewing clients.
  
• Develop site style by selecting requirements, such as, document organization, page format, fonts, and icons.
  
• Construct the site by researching and selecting appropriate technology; determining placement of information; developing HTML document; laying out, scripting, and editing content; searching, reviewing, and adding links; completing programming involving networks, system administration, FTP, CGI gateways, packet routing, security/firewalls databases, and database linking.
  
• Maintain and upgrades site by integrating new assets and applications; converting and testing new documents; diagnosing and repairing bugs and problems; updating links and adding links; researching and testing emerging technology; responding to site mail.
  
• Maintain technical knowledge by keeping up-to-date on developing HTML standards; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; attending professional conferences.
  
• Improve site by collecting and analyzing usage statistics; monitoring chats and mail; identifying trends; summarizing results; recommending changes; reviewing requests to link to other sites.
  
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as required.
