We are now recruiting an Operations and Customer Service Specialist “Agadir City”. We need your expertise and dedication keep our international customers competitive, efficient, and future-ready. We need a motivated individual with a real passion for helping people and solving problems to join our operation and Customer Service team.

You’ll be collaborating with other teams to ensure you have all the necessary information and providing a high level of proactive support to our customers, ensuring that all their needs are met and adding real value to their business.

Your Responsibilities

• You will be responsible to recover file in our internal system, ensure growth of Reefer business in Morocco.
• You will also ensure that shipment adheres to customs regulation of Morocco, Send BL instruction to shipping line and check if all information’s in the bill of loading are correct and coordinate with our broker to handle customs formalities.
• You will fill all cost to our internal system, send our invoice within 4 days from departure date
• You will ensure that collection of containers from shipping line depot and Supervise transport and verify necessary documents
• You will coordinate daily operation and movement of goods including hazardous cargo, prepare all document required on timely and accurate manner for shipping activities and identify appropriate transport mode.
• You will develop, implement, and execute operations regional strategy to support our global freight strategy.
• You will Implement and develop new solutions for AFR (e.g. new Customer’s implementations), prepare all document required on timely and accurate manner for shipping activities and identify appropriate transport mode in assistance with customer.
• You will deliver all document on time to customer, broker, shipping line and trucker, maintain optimal level of customer satisfaction.
• You will ensure and control file result (GP, cost, revenue)
• You will ensure that container is unstuffing and returned to the shipping line depot
• You will coordinate daily operation and movement of goods including hazardous cargo and be responsible to approve or reject non-conforming freight, containers
• Check if all information’s in the bill of loading are correct
• You will Organize pickup and delivery to customer (e.g. Reefer booking)
• Ensure cSOPs and internal SOPs are followed
• You will provide freight documents and Monitor / control outbound and inbound cold chain process (escalation point for central monitoring team)
• You will handle operationally escalated issues by being contacted by global services centers (e.g. Monitoring Team), be the interface to global Temperature Management Solutions Team service center and provide Temperature Management Solutions Team – Central Team with information for Life Track SOP and PMR creation

Your Qualifications and Experiences

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience/qualification
• Fluent English
• Fluent French
• Fluent Arabic
• 2-4 Years of experiences on the same position handling also Perishables, Bulk Liquids & Industrial Projects
• Must have previous Air freight experience
• Familiarity with Moroccan Market rules regulations (Customs – Carriers – Public Authorities …), best practices and performance standards
