Job Description
This position is responsible to develop and deliver training programs & additionally assess the training effectiveness of the programs conducted intended to increase the knowledge, skills, abilities and the different competencies for employees across AAB.
- Conduct training needs assessments to identify gaps in knowledge, skills, and develop training programs to address the identified gaps.
- Develop and deliver training programs to enhance the soft skills and business etiquette of employees.
- Liaise with stakeholders and subject matter experts to ensure the training content is aligned with organizational goals.
- Execute the delivery of training programs in-person, virtually or through other modes that are engaging and interactive.
- Provide constructive feedback and coaching to participants during and after the training sessions.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs using various methods such as surveys, feedback forms, and assessments.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and provide recommendations for modifications to training programs.
- Keep up to date with the latest trends and best practices in soft skills and business etiquette training to ensure maximum training effectiveness.
- Facilitate, design, and develop and enhance the E-learning modules.
Skills
- Minimum 5 years experience in Training Field
- Bachelor’s Degree in HR or relevant field
- Train the Trainer certification
- Strong Communication Skills
