Job Description
To efficiently manage, follow-up and convert Showroom enquiries, generate new enquiries and to sell vehicles profitably, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction by using a customer care directory, whilst achieving set standards of performance.
- Deal professionally with customers from initial contact to satisfactory completion of sale , following a structured process and enabling set levels of profit to be achieved
- Record all customer contacts and related information, updating records to develop opportunities for future business and enabling effective prospecting and customer follow-up to take place.
- Utilize and uphold the department’s defined working systems, procedures and standards(including legal requirements, etc.) to ensure accuracy of paperwork and security of cash, cheques, vehicles and other company resources.
- Continually develop knowledge relating to market trends in a proactive manner and in line with various internal and external training opportunities
- Contribute and assist with the development of various sales promotions, showroom and internet displays in line with the company policy and identified customer needs.
- Maintain quality standards of dress, attitude, customer care, honesty, health and safety in order to portray a professional image to customers at all times
