Case in Point is seeking an experienced Recruiter with a proven track record in the management consulting contingent workforce industry. As an integral part of our Talent Acquisition team, you will play a key role in identifying, recruiting, and placing top-tier management consultants for our esteemed clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and source potential candidates using various channels (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking events)
  • Screen and evaluate candidates for their fit with client requirements, focusing on management consulting experience, PMP certification, language skills, and project management expertise
  • Conduct interviews using structured and standardized methods to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit
  • Collaborate closely with account managers and clients to understand their needs and deliver exceptional service
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records using our internal databases and applicant tracking system

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience as a Recruiter in the management consulting or contingent workforce industry
  • Proven track record of successfully placing management consultants in client projects
  • Strong understanding of the management consulting landscape and the specific skills required for success in this field
  • Proficiency in both Arabic and English (speaking and writing)
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work under pressure
