JOB DESCRIPTION:

Primary Job Function:

• Assist Abbott leadership team in handling all business-related issues to increase their flexibility and time to deal with broader management responsibilities.

 
• Support, guide and supervise Administrative support personnel and Office assistants to help them reach goals and do their duties without errors or defects.

Core Job Responsibilities:

  • Managing all logistics & requirements for the Cluster Regional Director on regular basis, through organizing calendar, travel logistics & business operation to ensure obtaining best proposals and execution.
  • Maintain and update the business-related libraries of the Cluster Regional Director :

-Organization Structures/ Job Descriptions
-Performance Excellence

  • Coordinates & manages leadership’s meetings, creates agendas, records meeting minutes calendar and paperwork, in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Handles and keep up with office supply inventory.
  • Demonstrate a smooth communication between the Cluster Regional Director , all stakeholders & the whole company employees.
  • Responsible for renewal and negotiation of annual hotel contracts ensuring that the best rate and service are rendered to the company.
  • Assist the affiliate in maintaining the business excellence levels by ensuring proper record accuracy.
  • Negotiation and maintaining vendors relationship with the affiliate.
  • Responsible for arranging joined employees’ meetings such as Mega meetings and trainings.
  • Support and supervise direct reports through continuous coaching and performance evaluation feedback.

Job requirements:

  • 7-10 years of relevant experience
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Proficiency in English language
  • Advanced computer skills and experience with online platforms
  • Effective communication/ negotiation skills
  • Digital & Technology friendly user.
  •  Innovative for better execution.
  • Strong time-management and people skills, high degree of flexibility, and excellent multitasking ability
  • Proficiency with office applications, and aptitude for learning new software and systems
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of company information.
